One part of an individual plan.

A diagnosis is an important part of the picture, but it does not describe every dog’s experience. Age, movement, pain, confidence, fitness, environment and owner circumstances all shape rehabilitation. The first task is to understand the whole picture together.

Rehabilitation may involve different environments and approaches over time. Pain management belongs within coordinated veterinary care, with rehabilitation observations and owner feedback contributing to ongoing decisions. Goals might concern an ordinary daily activity as much as a measurement in the centre.

What shapes the conversation?

  • What has changed and what currently matters most.
  • Your vet’s diagnosis, recommendations and ongoing care.
  • Achievable goals that fit your dog and home life.

Questions you can bring.

  • What does progress look like for our particular situation?
  • Who should I contact if things change between appointments?
  • How will you share relevant information with our vet?
