This page explains the local demonstration forms and the separate Acuity service used for real bookings and account access.
Forms and selected files.
The owner, veterinary, insurer, report, waiting list, newsletter and upload forms are local demonstrations. Their entries are not sent to House of Hound or saved by these forms. Selecting a file does not upload it to the centre.
Use fictional examples only. This preview is not a route for sending personal details, veterinary records, policy information or other confidential material.
The client portal and Acuity.
The portal’s labelled demonstration uses fixed fictional appointment information. It may keep that fictional appointment state in session storage for the current browser session. The demonstration does not collect passwords or real client information.
Real bookings, registration, sign-in and appointment management use House of Hound’s existing Acuity scheduler. You choose the live booking or account route before accessing that external service. Information entered into the Acuity booking calendar or account pages is handled by Acuity under the applicable privacy terms and account arrangements.
Before local enquiry forms accept information.
A full privacy notice must identify the responsible organisation, its contact details, the purposes and legal bases for processing, service providers, retention arrangements and the applicable rights and contact routes.
