Open the client portal to book through House of Hound’s live Acuity scheduler, register or sign in. Acuity handles real account access and appointment management. The portal also includes a separately labelled, fictional appointment preview.

Your Acuity account shows appointments associated with that account. The options to reschedule or cancel depend on the centre’s appointment settings and applicable notice periods.

Find preparation information, a place to explore video and document uploads, and notes on supporting your dog at home. Your dog’s individual clinical plan remains the starting point for any exercise or activity changes.
