The team may ask for a particular document or a short view of an everyday activity. Follow the instructions provided for your dog, and include enough context to explain what you would like the clinician to notice.
There is no need to repeat an activity that your dog is finding difficult simply to make a recording. Discuss concerns with the responsible clinical team.
