This prototype does not save form entries, use cookies or add analytics tracking. It uses local placeholder images and does not load embedded videos, maps, social feeds or external fonts.

If the files are later hosted online, the hosting provider’s own processing and logs will need to be considered as part of the published privacy information.

Before the site becomes a live service.

A final privacy notice will need to explain the actual organisation, contact details, purposes of collection, service providers, retention arrangements and relevant choices for visitors. That notice must reflect the services connected at launch.
