Insurance for owners

Make the paperwork easier to follow.

Rehabilitation cover depends on your policy. A few clear questions can help you understand the arrangements before care begins.

Check your own policy

Ask your insurer which services your policy may cover and what information they require. The centre cannot determine cover or guarantee a claim decision on an insurer’s behalf.

  • Does the policy include the proposed rehabilitation service?
  • Are referral, consent or prior-authorisation documents required?
  • Do benefit limits, excesses or time limits apply?
  • Are there requirements relating to the treating practitioner?
  • Who submits the claim, and when is payment to the centre due?

Invoices and supporting information

You may need invoices or relevant clinical information for a claim. Ask the centre which documents it can provide, what authorisation is required and whether any charge applies. Confirmed turnaround times and claims procedures will be published here.

Payment arrangements

Direct-claim availability and any administrative fees have not been confirmed for this concept. Do not assume that an insurer will pay the centre directly or that a treatment has already been authorised.
